The Hokuryu Sunflower Farm challenge is a simple photo objective, but the location can be surprisingly easy to miss in FH6. You need to photograph a specific car at the sunflower farm, and the lack of an obvious landmark marker makes the map search more frustrating than the actual task. Having enough FH6 Credits for the required car makes preparation simple.

Fortunately, you do not need a rare vehicle or an expensive setup. The 2013 Wuling Sunshine S is the only car you need, and it can be purchased cheaply. Once you have it, the best approach is to ignore most of the map icons and focus on the enormous yellow field near the center of the map. That is where U4N's practical approach to the challenge starts: use visual landmarks instead of wasting time searching.

Buy The Wuling Sunshine S

Before driving anywhere, check that you are in the 2013 Wuling Sunshine S. The challenge will not count if you take another vehicle to the farm.

The Wuling is available from the Autoshow for approximately 1,900 to 2,000 Credits. That makes it a very low-cost requirement compared with many other Playlist activities. If you already own it, there is no reason to spend anything.

Select the minivan and open your world map.

Find The Bright Yellow Area

The most useful clue is not a conventional activity marker. Look for the massive yellow patch of land around the center of the map.

The farm is located in the Hokubu Region. Its position is roughly south of the Hokubu Circuit, northeast of the Festival Drag Strip, and close to the Horizon Invitational. These surrounding locations can help you verify the destination if you are zoomed in and cannot immediately recognize the field.

The field also contains a visible maze pattern. Once you spot that combination of bright yellow land and the maze, you should be very close to the correct location.

Park Beside The Sunflowers

One common mistake is assuming that the Wuling needs to be driven deep into the farm. It does not.

Find a paved road bordering the sunflower field and pull over there. From the roadside, you can usually get enough of the field into view for the photograph. This saves time and avoids unnecessary off-road driving.

It is also easier to control the composition when the car is parked on a road rather than bouncing through the field.

Use Photo Mode

Press Up on the D-pad to open Photo Mode once you have stopped. Position the camera so that the 2013 Wuling Sunshine S and the sunflower field are both visible.

You do not need a complicated camera angle. The purpose is simply to satisfy the challenge conditions, so keep the shot clear and take the picture.

If nothing happens after the photo, first check that the correct Wuling is being used. Then move the camera to show more of the sunflower field and try again.

Pick Up Your Rewards

Once the challenge registers, you receive 2 Seasonal Points for the Summer Festival Playlist. You also unlock the Yellow Sports Sunglasses apparel item.

For a short photo task, these are useful rewards, especially if you are already close to another Playlist milestone. The challenge can also be completed quickly without spending many Credits or making a long detour.

The most important part is simply knowing where to look. The huge yellow field is much easier to recognize than the farm's lack of an obvious map icon might suggest.

A Faster Way To Approach The Task

If you are working through several Festival Playlist activities in one session, treat this as a quick stop rather than a full exploration trip. Get the Wuling first, use the yellow field to identify the farm, stop on the nearby paved road, and take the required photo. With the location memorized, future attempts become almost automatic.

There is also little reason to overcomplicate the task with extra driving or preparation. If you later decide to buy Forza Horizon 6 Boosting, keep simple objectives like this one in mind because they are among the easiest activities to complete manually and can provide useful Playlist progress.
